Bio Compression Pump

Manage your oedema with
pneumatic compression.

An advanced compression pump with 8 or 16 chambers provides better segmental clearance of oedema.

Sequential Intermittent Pneumatic Compression (SIPC) therapy is the process of applying external pressure to the limbs to promote the circulation of blood and lymphatic fluid from the extremities of the body. It is suitable for vascular conditions such as lymphoedema, lipoedema and venous ulcers. Compression pumps reduce limb volume and size; soften tissue and enhance ulcer healing and skin quality. Pumps are a cost effective, portable, light and comfortable way to manage your condition daily at home.

Medi-Rent offers the Bio Compression 8-chamber leg garments, 16-chamber pants, and arm-vest. Standard and custom sizing are available to ensure you find a garment that suits you. The garments feature independently controlled pressure chambers which prevent gapping, peaks or valleys, or bleed-through with the delivered pressure. All equipment adheres to the highest healthcare standards in cleaning and disinfection between clients. In addition to our rigorous methods, our facilities are regularly tested by an independent laboratory to ensure cleanliness and safety.

Rent-Try-Buy available on standard sized garments and devices.

  • It’s the first time I have taken (the pump) on a flight and it was so easy. My husband and I carried it as hand luggage and weren’t even questioned in the security checking process. I was able to recover from the flight and prep for the race smoothly. Thanks so much for the travel bag. The pump has made a huge difference to my health.
